This event series is for everyone who loves mountain biking.

Capitol Forest is a unique and very special place. Over 90,000 acres, with over 170 miles of singletrack, mountain bikers, trail runners,
equestrians and atv riders successfully share, maintain and enjoy this area together.
Friends of Capitol Forest strongly advocates volunteer work and cooperation with land managers and other user groups  as a means to the
continued success of Capitol Forest as a prime multi-use recreation destination in NW Washington.
Share the trail, give back.
All proceeds will benefit the trails and campgrounds you will be riding and using.

Poker Run Details....
There will be 2 unique
courses. Best hands win awards, and prizes will be randomly awarded to participants by raffle.

Super D Details....
This is it, the mountain bike competition that pits fast XC racers against fast DH racers, weekend warriors and backcountry trail riding purists.
The
courses and scoring for the Super D series will level the playing field for everyone.  The three course are individually unique and are
basically timed long cross country downhills. If a faster rider comes up behind you MUST let them pass, remember this is a timed event.
Run-what-you-brung and enjoy. Using the same bike for all three events is encouraged, karma will be in effect and enforcement.  There will be 4
classes: beginner, sport, all mountain and  all female with age groups for beginner and sport. For more info on
